[Album Introduction]
The album name is "I Odd Hour".
"Strange time".
It is a metaphorical expression of the miracle power of the title song "Holy Grail," and it also means that listening to a total of 14 songs in this album will not make you feel the passage of time drunk on music.
"Rohyun," an NTX member in charge of producing the album, is pioneering NTX's own music color by writing, composing, and composing all 13 songs, including the title track "Holy Grail," and the sub title track "Because We're Friends."
The title song, "I Holy Grail".
NTX's title song [Holy Grail] is based on the Holy Grail myth and runs to find the most precious thing in life.
It contains a story with NTX's own determination, and participation in writing, composing, and rap making by NTX's producer and main rapper "Rohyun" has made it possible to create NTX's own color.
In an atmosphere of constant tension, NTX is shouting for all fans to feel the "結" of the final chorus, creating even greater tension with its unique voices.

2. Once you complete the payment for one order, you cannot add more items in that order. If you want to add more items, you need to make new order and request combined shipment.
3. Please be noticed that you are only allowed to apply combined shipping once before the item is sent out from the seller.
4. Shipping information should be the same(even the space and letter case of upper/lower).
(Address/ Recipient’s name, etc.) And package's estimated weight must upper/lower)not exceed weight of 30kg.
If there is any difference with the delivery information, the system will not allow you to combine your orders.
Once the combined shipping has done, you can't set back.

International shipping fee for all items deliver to worldwide.
This is done by estimated weight data which was inputted in our system and applied every time the goods are ordered for International shipping.
1. Payment completion - This means either your estimated shipping fee is bigger than actual shipping fee. The outstanding balance will automatically be deposited into your Cash Balance.
2. Awaiting payment - This means you have to pay additional shipping fee due to estimated shipping fee is less than actual shipping fee. When this appears, it is required for users to pay their outstanding fee immediately for further process.

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.
**Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum.
